Yoga Workshop Mysore Style with Instructor Tim Rennick – The Yoga Workshop is modeled from Mysore-style practice – a tradition linked to Ashtanga Vinyasa, but you do not have to practice Ashtanga to join! The heart of Mysore-style that it is self-paced and individualized within a group setting. To students who follow or want to learn the Ashtanga Vinyasa method, instruction and assistance will be offered in 1st and some 2nd series postures. To students who follow a different yogic path, the Yoga Workshop is an opportunity to learn and develop fundamental concepts of yoga, while receiving individual guidance and assistance.

The Yoga Workshop will be taught by Tim Rennick and held every Tuesday at Heartwish Healing Center, 6:30 am to 9:00 am. Arrival and departure times are at your discretion.
Tim has been practicing yoga since the late 90’s and holds teacher certification and a Masters in Yoga Therapy. Tim began teaching in 2010 and is inspired by Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa flows, Yin, Restorative practices, and the Philosophy and Therapeutic use of Yoga.
