Brei Mascola, LMT
I graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Newington, CT in 2002. I continued to work in restaurant and bar management until April of 2017, when I transitioned into Massage full time. I feel that having had such a lengthy restaurant career enables me to talk to my clients with ease, provide great customer service and really connect with folks. I’m constantly learning from colleagues, taking classes and devouring whatever information I can to evolve as a therapist and better treat my clients.
As a self proclaimed muscle nerd, I love trying to figure out what ails you by testing muscle groups and range of motion. I use an orthopedic and functional approach using modalities ranging from Swedish, Aromatherapy, Cupping, Gua Sha, Deep Tissue and Stretching. I also work with clients after their massage to correct any postural problems, talk about stretching/self care and try to pinpoint what might be the source of their pain.

Julie Fisher, LMT
Julie is a Delaware native, who has been studying and practicing intuitive healing arts since 1998. She began her career at what is now called The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City, where she became a certified Holistic Health Counselor. Julie began her therapeutic hands on training at Ohashiatsu Institute, and then accepted an opportunity to study with master bodyworker Yamuna Zake, creator of Yamuna Body Logic and Yamuna Body Rolling. Julie was Yamuna’s protégé for 7 years and taught Level I of the Yamuna Body Rolling Practitioner Certification training. During her time with Yamuna, Julie attended Swedish Institute in New York City and earned an Associates Degree in Massage Therapy. It was also during this time that Julie experienced the work of Jodi Serota, a Sounder Healer, Artist, and Channel. Meeting Jodi was a powerful experience for Julie because it gave her context for the natural gift for sound she had discovered as a teenager.
In 2001, she became a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist, and shortly thereafter, New York City endured a great tragedy inspiring Julie to take her practice of therapeutic bodywork to Ground Zero, and eventually opened a private practice dedicated to 9/11 survivors and professionals working in the neighborhood. In 2010, Julie decided to close her private practice and make the transition from Massage Therapist to Sound Practitioner. This transition was solidified after living in Hawai’i for a few years, where she lead group Sound Meditations with local Sound Healer Yojana Grace. Julie moved to Nashville, TN where she held weekly Sound Meditations and workshops at HaLe Wellness Center. She then moved to Asheville, NC, where she met and collaborated with Billy Zanski, owner of Skinny Beats Drum Shop. Julie is now back in Delaware, where she has been invited to hold her Sound Meditations at local yoga studios and has collaborated with many of the local wellness practitioners.
