Cosmic Sound Bath – The stress and strain we experience in daily life comes from thinking about things from a limited viewpoint. But what if Life isn’t meant to be so hard? This event is designed to be an

escape into the Peace, Love and Happiness that is dormant inside of us. It’s an opportunity to feel loved, cared for and supported.
Take this opportunity to allow the sound of singing bowls and voice to relax you, while the transformative energy of Moldavite guides you to places in your life that need honest attention. Together, we will experience the gifts of the present moment in the form of shifts in clarity, relaxation, feelings of peacefulness and love, renewed energy, and a much needed experience of finally having the space and freedom to just Be. Reap the rewards of All the Good that comes out of this weekly offering.

What to wear:
Is a good idea to dress in layers, as there can be tendency to get cold or hot during the sound bath.
Optional items to bring:
A pillow, blanket, hydration or journal. Bring friends!
