Greer Thompson, Owner & Director
Greer Thompson is the Owner & Director of HeartWish Healing Center. She has been practicing Reiki for 20 years. Greer is an Usui/Tibetan/Holy Fire® III, Animal and Karuna Reiki® Master and Teacher. She is a professional member of the International Center for Reiki Training and the Center for Reiki Research. Greer also received her Shamanic Practitioner training in 2013 from Terri Pippin, The Medicine Woman. Greer completed a two year Master Herbalist training from the American College of Health Sciences in 2006 and integrates plant medicine in all that she does. She is also a licensed massage therapist, who graduated from the Academy of Massage & Bodywork in Bear, DE in 2013. Greer is deeply grateful for all of her teachers and for the wisdom they have passed on to her.

Ky Elliott (they/he), LMT, CMLDT
Ky is a Lewes native and a 2018 graduate of Academy of Massage & Bodywork. With Ky’s training, his naturally caring nature, and desire to help people feel better, he has a solid foundation as a massage therapist. As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, he aspires to create a welcoming and safe space for everyone. Ky specializes in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Prenatal, Cupping, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. He has completed Prenatal massage training, 32 hours of Integrative Muscular Movement Technique with Dr. Ron Carter, 48 hours of Vedic Thai Bodywork training with Michael “Mukti” Buck of the Vedic Conservatory, and is MLD(Manual Lymphatic Drainage)certified in the Vodder Technique(40 hours). He is also a Level II Usui Reiki Practitioner. Ky enjoys cooking, reading, being outdoors, and spending time with his friends, family, wife, and pets.

Julie Fisher, Sound Practitioner, Founder of Gifted Alchemy
Julie’s career in Wellness began with an interest in healing arts and a desire to help others. After graduating from Penn State University, she moved to New York City and worked for the founder of Institute for Integrative Nutrition and became certified as a Holistic Health Counselor. She then worked for and trained for several years with Yamuna Zake, the creator of Yamuna Body Rolling. She earned an Associate Degree in Massage Therapy from Swedish Institute. Once licensed in New York State, she built a private practice in the Financial District. She continued to study a variety of healing modalities, which led to her first experience of Sound healing in 2005, when she fell in love with the rich clear tones of crystal singing bowls. She learned how to practice the art of Sound healing from Crystal Lober and Yojana Grace on Kaua’i.
Julie has been holding live Sound healing meditations since 2014. Recordings of Julie’s Sound healings are available on Gifted Alchemy’s YouTube channel, at Urban Float Rehoboth, and on GiftedAlchemy.com.
Rachel Haas
Rachel has been an intuitive and technically skilled body worker and healer for over a decade. Her formal training began in 2013 with Vortex Healing Institute and Mary Magdalene energy work, and she has recently added Reiki to her repertoire. She became licensed in Massage Therapy in 2016 and has studied Thai Massage, Prenatal Massage, Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage, Fertility Massage for Women, and is a certified Infant Massage Instructor through the Somatic Institute. She has worked in therapeutic environments for years, including acupuncture and chiropractic offices, and utilizes her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (2018) experience to provide gentle guidance for clients’ well being. Her goal is to foster deep body and mind relaxation, through her capacity for presence and awareness, so that true healing can occur. In her free time, Rachel is a textile artist, nature lover and mom to a blooming garden, 8 chickens and a few cats.
Cheyenne Luck, Front Desk Manager
Cheyenne is our “hostess with the mostest.” Her bright and bubbly spirit puts smiles on staff and clients’ faces all day long. As a proud mother of three boys, she keeps the HeartWish “ship” organized and running smoothly. Cheyenne’s goal is to create a welcoming space where inner beauty and self-assurance are nurtured through expert care and genuine connection. Cheyenne is also fresh out of esthetician school and she cannot wait to start offering skin and wax services… coming soon in Fall 2025! In her free time, she enjoys gardening and spending quality with her boys, her dog and two cats.
Yekaterina (Katerina) Syomash, Dance Instructor
Yekaterina has been dancing since she was 6 years old and professionally for 15 years. She is trained in ballet, modern, folk, Latin, ballroom, hip-hop, and Oriental. Her favorite styles to dance are hip-hop, tribal belly dance, and Latin. Yekaterina has been teaching dance for 13 years.
She loves to dance, play guitar and piano, sing, draw, paint, make hand crafts, do yoga/teach yoga, meditate/guide meditation, garden and spend time in nature in any way. Yekaterina loves children and loves making, organizing or creating anything with children, including dance. She is the mother of two beautiful children.
She is interested in spirituality and anything involving self-awareness, conscious living, etc. Yekaterina loves people, the planet, and all that is!
