Tara Gush – As a Certified Health, Gut and Stress Management Coach and 200 Hour Yoga Instructor, Tara is a long time movement and wellness enthusiast who grew up playing soccer and dancing. Throughout her adult life, she has dabbled in running, triathlons, CrossFit, spinning, yoga and Pilates. She has earned the following certifications: 200 hour yoga training, primal flow yoga, Buti yoga, trauma informed yoga, MOTR Pilates and is currently working towards a second 200 hour yoga, 900 hour yoga therapy license and Pilates Reformer training. Tara began her career as an educator in the elementary school system and loves to TEACH using a mind / body / soul approach while sharing with clients the power of movement and breath as medicine for the body and the mind.
