Vinyasa Yoga for Strength

This energetic yoga class includes pranayama, Sun Salutations, floor core work, and balance challenges to create strength, heat and endurance. Flowing Sun Salutations, lunges and planks are held for several seconds while student are invited to focus on alignment and option to engage Ujjaii breath. Class has variations in postures, occasional arm balance/inversions, and stretching in pigeon, leg stretches or back stretches before final relaxation or Savasana.
*Good for most levels, but should have some prior basic yoga experience."
