Tara K Adams is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Reiki Master, Yoga Certified Instructor, Shamanic Practitioner, and more. She is in dedicated service to women and passionate about a holistic approach. Tara offers an integrated experience of both clinical psychotherapy and spirituality to support the empowerment of every individual in achieving, maintaining, and sustaining balance within themselves. Our journey is unique, based on life lessons, and as we naturally ebb & flow through challenges that grow us, daily self-care skills & tools can help us navigate the path from surviving to thriving. These tools are from ancient wisdom, and there is nothing that lights Tara up more than sharing these often simple yet profound practices with others.
