Rita is Sound facilitator and Reiki I & II Practitioner who has dedicated the past 2 years to exploring the profound impact of sound on the body. She uses sound vibrations to promote healing and relaxation through a technique called sound healing with the use of various high-vibrational instruments like gong, tuning forks, ancient Himalayan singing bowls, and chimes to create calming soundscapes.
